Auction Horse Went to The Wrong Person

I believe should have won this horse since my bid was registered first, but it went to another person who bid the same amount, but after my bid.

No the lower bid means your bid was registered second. I tested this thoroughly on our development server and the winning bid is listed higher, not lower. They are not listed by reverse order they where added to the db. They are listed by bid amount descending and then order added to the db ascending.
I understand how that could be confusing but the bid on top is actually the winner.
ETA: It is ordered that way to make sure the topmost bid is always the winner no matter if there is a double bid or not.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
