If I have a fillies from double boosted mares, and I run them through SBA without having any boosts will they automatically fail?

I used to think those types would automatically fail, but I recently ran a bunch of fillies from double boosted parents through SBA and had about 65% stay intact. SBA was changed a while ago so breeding cap quality horses always pass.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
