Let's Celebrate With a Rank Special Giveaway! Almost 300 to choose from!
  • I had intended to do a giveaway in Jan, but life took me on a 3 month hiatus instead. I just organized almost 300 RSs to sell, and realized I might as well do a giveaway with them first.

Post what you're feeling celebratory over or looking forward to, with a link or ID number for the horse you'd like.

    Terms and conditions:
PonPon BC horses and horses with over 250 points are exempt from the giveaway.

If you happen to like one of the few already posted to public sale and you're worried someone is going to snap it up, just purchase it and let me know and I'll refund you. If you purchased an RS from me last week or over the weekend that qualifies, comment or PM me and I'll refund you.

If you have a chat, please add me to it to pick up your horse. :) If you don't, I'll send you a link for pick-up.

If you like more than one, I can always sell them to you post-giveaway.

Please don't ask for a horse if it's only so you can sell it. Pick one you'll use and cherish as a breeder or show pony, or leave them for someone else who will. :)

Giveaway will run through April 7.

There might be a few HHs that snuck in by accident, my apologies in advance.

    What I'm celebrating:
I came out, again. And this time I stood up for myself instead of going back in the closet when family / friends were ass-y about it. (To be fair, my current circle of friends and family is much better than the one I had the first time around.) And I have a wonderful partner in my life now.

The government project I've been lobbying for for years is being released in final form this week! (And I have some new opportunities as a result.)

My latest feline special-needs rescue has suddenly decided I'm allowed to touch him. (Which is great because he needs pills 3 times a day, lol. So that process is becoming easier!)

My new house (a long and less happy story is behind that, but I digress) has an entire flock of song birds that eats on my patio throughout the day and they are beautiful. (And 2 woodpeckers!)

I've started cooking for myself again, and I'm back to work FT after almost 4 years on disability!

I've been asked to host/design/teach an accessibility workshop by an international non-profit.

Last year was the worst - So this year we're celebrating and bragging about the positives to their fullest.

This is a lovely mare. I just got back from a 5 mile bike ride and I feel good!
Your good news is spectacular, it must feel good to be surrounded by people who love you for what you are!
Ps about your cat, make sure it gets a treat after every pill!

  • Congratulations on all your good news! Thank you for hosting this giveaway!

I’m launching my new line of loose leaf tea at Baker Creek’s tulip festival this weekend.

    I got my potatoes planted.

The nasturtiums in my window box started sprouting!

I candled the eggs in my incubator before lockdown and only found one dud! If all goes well I’ll have 26 chicks on Friday!

I lost a few of the snowflake mares in my pasture aged out this year. Could I get this one, please?

  • Great news! I'm happy that things are looking up for you. Also, thank you for being so generous.

I'm happy that I have days off of work, even if it is for continuing education. Also, I get to see the solar eclipse from my house on Monday!

  • I don't need a horse, but I totally wanted to celebrate with you for a second.

I'm thankful both my boys made it to the second half of their 20s as human beings I want to be friends with. I absolutely love their friend group.

Thanks to @OldCat for lending the chat!

@Minute We've had lovely weather for cycling where I am lately. Glad you're getting some active time outdoors!

Unfortunately he won't take any treats post-pills. He will only eat whatever my older cat does - I even have to feed them the same expensive prescription diet now, which is lovely lol - And my older cat won't eat treats or wet food or churu or chicken or fish or anything. I've tried, he just isn't interested in them. My older one is fantastic to pill, so I'm waiting for the younger to start copying him in that way too, but no such luck yet, haha. (The eldest has had epilepsy since 8 weeks, so he's just used to pills. The younger came from a very neglectful and abusive situation, so he's only been getting meds for his epilepsy for a few months now, while terrified of people. I've been mixing them with churu and then smearing it on his muzzle puffs. He has to lick it off to get clean again. It's the quickest and least invasive method I've tried so far.)

@BoredCowgirl Good luck with your new product launch! How exciting! What's your favorite flavor / mixture from the new line? Nasturtiums are one of my favorite greens - Very peppery / horseradishy. Congrats on your bird babies in advance :x

@Duven The eclipse will be so cool! I try to take a new continuing ed program at least every couple of years. It's a great way to stay engaged and passionate about what you do!

    @Seaswell That's huge!!! Wow. Congratulations! :D

  • My favorite is the Pineapple Mint Maté, and I really like our Hippie Hi-C (hibiscus rose hips cooler). Nasturtiums are one of my favorite greens too! I always plant it in my kitchen window boxes.

  • Poppidoll, it was a life goal and took a lot of work on my part, and a supportive partner. Honestly there were some years when I thought it might be a pipe dream. I hope your chosen family brings you a very bright future. And definitely congrats on the job front.
