How do you add ribbons / trophies to images?

Only some of my award winners show their ribbons on their image. I thought maybe the others had to be added in the tack page, but there didn't seem to be an option for them there. How do I "opt in" to showing awards for all of them?
For instance, this girl's doesn't show:

Two options
1) Refresh the horse's image
2) Open the tack editor
In either case they should automatically appear.Folly's Fantasies #43484 (she/her): Horses, straws, and eggs from my Doubleskunk tribute herd are always free. -
Refreshing didn't work. Last time I tried the tack editor - a couple of months ago - it didn't work but this time it did. So I'll go with that. Thanks!

Also: changing the bc will load in the ribbons/trophies. Because I accidentally hide my horses with it all the time ^_^
