Pasture sent to the wrong account.

I asked for help purchasing a 30 acre pasture for HouseBavarian 56601 and OldCat responded, but they accidently sent the pasture to my LoopDuhLoop 54634 account instead. Do they need the purchase cancelled and resent to the correct account or can it be transferred?
