    Can we still do this? Accidentally got a new foal gelded, and I am regretting it. I know we used to be able to undo it. I can't find anything that lets me do it. :(

    You can do it on the GMT page.
    Go to the Gene Mod Lab in the horses control panel. Click modify horse and the first thing you can do is unalter.
