You can always max ability, which will guarantee he will pass. He's super cute!

@HighstormFarm Question if I give him a 5% boost what would I like end up with and does he then have to be retested for SBA?

He will end up an A if boosted. You will need to redo PTA and Breeding Inspection, can't remember is BA gets reset also, but he would still pass.
