    I fixed a bug in the GMT lab that allowed you to edit a pony's height below the natural cut-off of 12.0 even if they did not have the height-restricted gene. I also went through all three servers and fixed any bugged horses.
    Additionally, I think we are fine to remove the license requirements from the height regulator gene. I think with the showing limiters there just isn't going to be an issue with problematic breeding. I have kept the licenses intact for now though realistically they will probably be removed in the future. You can not obtain any new height regulator licenses anymore.
