I often want to refresh pages to get updated information to show up. Thankfully my browser warns me that it will re-do an action I took if I refresh: "Resubmit this form?" I'm trying to form the habit of returning to the page I want from a different route, ie: through the menus, instead of refreshing.

Mine just automatically does it when I swap back to the tab but it doesn’t bother me. ^_^ here’s a horse to throw in auction.

If it’s the breeding lab it just warns me not to use an embryo twice. So much faster than trying to reload the first page of the breeding lab and then navigating over to a new window. I try to remember to leave it on a tab I haven’t been implanting but I don’t always. The first tab on the lab is horrible for me so I try never to click it if at all possible. But it’s a personal problem. :)
