    Do we actually have to go through every barn and reapply the breed characteristics to every horse after turnover each month?

    I don't think that's the intended case, its possible it may be a bug. However, do note that manually applied ones to foals specifically go away when the foal ages up, I believe. Was this happening to foals or any older ones as well?

    It's also possible this is just something that hasn't been put into place yet since the BCs are so new. :)

    No, you don't. If you just wait they will fix themselves. Please see the many posts that have been made about syncing errors and how they are first on the list to fix now that we have BCs, and GE and payment stuff done.
