How much HBS would it take to pay for paid upgrades?

Since im trying to make this account as free to play as possible, i wanted to ask how much HBs it would cost to give someone else, to buy me either a 1month premium or to (if its even possible?) buy a Closed Gene License?
Im unsure if its possible to even buy the licenses for other people though, so any information on if that is possible and how in general would be very helpful as well!Cob Focused side account, with a few exceptions for drafts and warmbloods. -

2.5 to 3 million is what I have been seeing. An upgrade is a much better investment but spending that money on barns and show horses would be the best investment.Need to contact me? Read this first.
