My friend and i both made our side accounts recently (this is mine) , and for some reason their side account is counted as "associated", and they cant buy my horses anymore? And wont be able to unless we both buy premium subscriptions?

We have skimmed over the rules and FaQ guide to try and figure out how to fix this, or why it happened, and we assume its because they often use my wifi?
They come over often to my place, so them using my wifi isnt a big deal, but is there a way to fix this? Their first account isnt associated with mine, which is why i think its because they tend to use my wifi on their tablet and not their phone, that it did this. (Their first account they made, they made on their phone which has its own wifi)

I didnt know if i should make a forum, or DM ammit about this because im unsure if this classifies as something personal?

We are often showing eachother what horses we find/create/buy etc, and I want them to be able to buy my horses if they feel like it.
