Not all straws need an expiry. Straws you pull from your own studs don't have an expiry, and you can only set one when you sell them. You may have gotten straws from other people that don't have an expiry either.

If you're going to use them for yourself, then you've got no need to worry :) If you want to sell to someone and have an expiry, then it'll be in Sell a Straw/Egg. There's a dropdown menu to select the straw/egg, then a dropdown menu directly below that to select an expiry. If you leave this blank, there will be no expiry

I believe it'll be at the very end of the straw information It should be set up like this under Use A Straw tab of the advanced breeding lab:

Horse Name Here (Number owned, s for straws) Number of breeding seasons left

The max you can set an expiry for is 4 'years', ie breeding seasons. If the final number says 5, then there is no expiry.

I don't tend to buy straws, and when I do I tend to use them instantly, so it should bet set up like that. If not, I'm sure someone else will pop in and correct me :)
