    How long does it take for an upgrade to come into effect? I purchased my upgrade 2 days ago, and it comes up as active, but I do not have any of the upgrade features available. Help!

    I think logging out of your account and then logging back in again can fix upgrades not applying properly. Have you tried that one yet?
    If that doesn't work, I got no clue

    You can also try closing all your open pages and clearing your cache then logging back on.
