Herd Helper was paid for but never loaded, and does not appear in barn.

I activated a herd helper and purchsed 5 horses. The last one's image got stuck in the loading phase until eventually a banner appeared at the top that just said, "This herd helper has been used up." The 5th horse has not appeared in my barn despite the funds being withdrawn . Is it possible to get a refund?

Interesting, okay. There were 5 available and it told me the funds had been withdrawn. The horse just never showed up after that. I guess if I wasn't charged for it then it is what it is... Thanks!
