We actually made the hind end less rounded because the foals we were seeing were so dang flat back there lol. :D

I’m a farrier in Amish country and I am around tons of saddlebreds and Dutch harness horses. When they are foals I can’t see the difference between them at all, and as adults the only difference I can see is the Dutch harness horses have cleaner lines and their heads don’t look as coarse.

I agree with what BlueValley is saying but I don’t know how to verbalize the shoulder issue… I couldn’t find a picture of a saddlebred foal that was posed to my satisfaction, so here is a Dutch Harness foal that shows the shoulder and the rounder rump.

Not sure what you two are seeing in the shoulder sorry. Can you draw on it maybe?

I'm sitting at my computer doing "grabby hands" right now... Gimme all the pretty, proud ponies!
The only feedback I have would be to make the neck/head carriage just a little more upright, and make the neck tie in a little lower on the front of the chest.
