Issue with subscription?
  • Hi,
    So I’ve two accounts, one on each server, HJ & HJ2.

    HJ has its own active account subscription with a few days remaining, which I know and have no issue with.
    Went to add a subscription to this account, came up the right ID number so I was happy to pay and everything.
    However when it sent me back, I was returned to HJ instead.
    What happened? Something get its wires crossed as I had HJ open a bit earlier? Then I switched to working more on HJ2.
    I’ve just returned to this account so was sorting it out.

    If this is in the wrong place let me know, I’ll try to move it, or beg a mod for help doing so.
    If I need to redo my subscription to HJ2 let me know and I’ll try using my phone or a different app on my iPad.
    If HJ subscription just got 30 extra days (or is it 28?) from today rather than in 3 days time, let me know so I can help sort things out. There should only be one subscription on HJ, then another on HJ2, ideally!

  • Subscriptions usually are only handled by Ammit, as Paypal is involved. There are some things you can check though, on both accounts:
    As you said, you can check how many days left each subscription has and the subscription history. Under ""Stable Home -> Upgrade Manager"" there should be a list of dates and paypal IDs for when it was last paid, as well as the section below listing the days left.
    You can also check your email. Your paypal receipt should say something along the lines of "Here are details for your HAJ Forest Premium Subscription" or whatever server it is for. This will confirm which one it went to.

  • It’s weird, my HJ2 account says I’ve a Premium subscription, yet the features haven’t appeared on my account.
    *shrugs*
    Not sure if it’s a sign out thing but the refresh didn’t bring them up.

    *UPDATE!*

    Signing in and out has seemed to fix things as the features have appeared on my HJ2 account now.

    But still find it weird I was sent to my HJ page, when I’d taken a subscription for my HJ2 account. The joys of technology!
  • This is based on what you have in your cart and what you have buttons you have been clicking. It is not based on what you ordered. Paypal makes it's best guess on what server to send you back too but you must have confused it somehow. It does not make any difference where you landed.
