(solved) No option to become premium member

I've looked under upgrade manager and I don't have the option to subscribe to premium. I just canceled my basic upgrade that only had a couple weeks left. So I'm not sure if I have to wait for that to drop off of my account?Forest 54250 | Bluegrass 272432 | Mesa 9056

You don't need to wait for the basic. The premium upgrade option is under Upgrade -> Buy Upgrades ->Upgrades
