Trading stallion flyers for HBs

I don’t have any prior digital art experience, but I downloaded Canva the other day and got the trial for the pro version. Ive been having a lot of fun playing with it.
I really need a new barn so I can keep breeding futurity foals, so I thought that I’d offer to make flyers for people who don’t have the time to make them. If you would like a flyer for your ad please send me a PM with a link to your stallion. Make sure he’s tacked how you want him, including positioning any awards you want displayed… the basic blue background works best for background removal. Be sure to include straw/cover price and any additional info you want posted in your PM. Stallion ads are 75k hbs.

MIght I suggest that you size these down some? Maybe to 700 or 800 pixels wide max? They will load better on the page and won't get distorted, plus then the horses won't be so blurry. :)Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. I’ve just been using the size/shapes offered and hadn’t played with custom sizing. I only see it from a cellphone screen… are they badly distorted on desktop? -
Yes they are very big. The images take up more than my entire screen and the horse's images are blurry.

It is still a bit too tall and the horses is still blurry. You want to avoid enlarging your original horse image too much since it will end up being blurry. Adjust your background and text to fit your original image's size vs enlarging the horse image to fit the background.

That is better, still taking up my full screen, but it does fit and the horse is less blurry. Still not perfectly crisp. If you can I would use the horse image at the original size and not enlarge it at all or just a very small amount.
Not sure if you can see the size and quality difference on your phone between you image and and original image.

On my phone it’s shrunk down for my screen and I’m not seeing any distortion. Do you have any idea what size is used for the horse images?

I would keep the original horse image the same size and adjust the background size up or down. I would keep the background width around 700-800px like Ammit said. You should be able to lock the aspect ration so the height will adjust along with the width and prevent any weird distortion to the background. Doing manips with a phone is tough because of how stuff gets resized to fit a phone vs a computer screen.

I think I shrunk it too much because now it is blurry when I upload it on Imgur. Testing to see how it looks here.

Yup, it is very small now. You need to resize your background before you put the horse on it. Not sure how Canva works, maybe look up a tutorial on resizing backgrounds and see how to do it with that program.
