Hello! I’ve been in and out of “work” and college for the past couple years. I’ve been a working student (unpaid) at a show barn for most of it, some pet sitting, some grooming for friends dogs and other odd jobs here and there. I went to college in August after a 2+ year break after graduating highschool. Unfortunately I was only able to make it through one semester (for now) before I had to take a break again due to financial issues and, if I’m being honest, I wasn’t all in the game yet (academically wise, I did terrible…). I ended up taking a break from the barn as well on top of starting school and, again, due to financial issues, having one truck that burn through gas and another being out of commission for a while I couldn’t afford to drive back and forth 5 days a week again. But I’ve been looking around for some work I could do in the mean time and applied to a few places. I ended up hearing back from a dog groomer and scheduled and interview for next Tuesday! I have only really been to one interview and that was four years ago so I’m not really sure what to do or expect. Any advice, tips, or anything really? Thank you!
