Looking for people who want to do a breeding circle. /club. Everyone breeds to at least 10 different stallions at least once per breeding season belonging to other members. As a "contribution" ALL of the resulting offspring must be shown twice weekly until 5 years old to recieve the max points possible. Remember the owners of the top pointed horses also receive GMTs not just the stallion owner.

Altered offspring must be kept or given to a different member if not able to keep yourself to ensure every stallion has minimum of 10 offsprings with 10 different owners a year. Breedings can be straws or live cover and will be done at cost.

Members will be able to put up 3 stallions of their choosing at a time as "options" for other members to breed to. Once that stallion has been bred by 10 different people for that year, he will be removed and a different stallion from the same owner can take his place. This will allow for members to see stallions not usually available and to help them qualify for futurities but will make sure one or 2 stallions isnt bred to 300 times while others are only used 2 or 3 times.

If you're interested let me know, we will hash out more rules and details and get started in February! This will be run through discord and stallions will be placed for breeding in a private chat room.

Discord is an app commonly used in gaming communities. It is kind of a chat room that can have multiple sections, so we can keep things like rules, stallion advertisements etc. on different threads. It will be the easiest place to organize this. Recommend you download it :)

I would expect for it being on discord. I barely have time to keep up with this site, don’t have the time to add in another social media platform

For those that don't want to download discord I'd say it's still possible to take part, but will be much more difficult to advertise stallions and communicate with people within the group.

I'd definitely like participate, although not sure about the discord app. Edit: it just let me join on my desktop without downloading any programs but I'll see how I go with it, if it's too overly complicated I might pass

An in-game chat room will probably work better as you will lose a lot of people by doing discord. People keep trying it for the game and it fails every time. This would be the 4th attempt that I know of discord for the game.

If discord is very important to you maybe one circle can do discord and another can do on-site chat rooms? If someone wants to head that.

I feel like it wouldn't be very hard to do with chatrooms. People just need to remember the Era of mares they are breeding to the studs. I'd be happy to join in, but I'm unsure if I'll be able to do 10 breedings to outside studs a season, and I would not be able to keep up with the discord so it would need to be in here.

Might even be able to organize it on the forum if only 1 chatroom is used. Title the forum post like "Era 5 futurities Stud advertisement" and have it link to the chatroom where all of the studs are put up for breeding.

Blugrass server is organzing theres by chatrooms. Mesa server is just doing swaps on their forums. It is interesting to see how the different servers are going about this. :)

@ObsidianKitsune that's exactly what I was going to do for the Era 3 chat room. Make a post for everyone to list their Era 3 stallions under and put the URL in the chat description.

I would love to join! I've got a bunch of studs just kind of collecting dust because I forget they exist until the eligible mares are all bred, I would love to put them up for use here!
On HaJ or in discord is fine with me. I use discord a bunch anyway

It's running pretty well in the discord and we've got a good group of people to keep chat alive. I understand not all of you want to do discord, it looks like people have set up Era chat rooms for that purpose.
