Can’t MOA a Newly Created Foal?

Im trying to max out a foal I just created, but I keep getting the error “can’t max out the ability of this horse again”, but this is my first time trying to?

it means that it's already at the cap for both ()showing ability() and paper level.
parent 1 was single boosted, parent 2 was double boosted. So that evened out to at the cap. If you make consistent you can ()probably() get that pt a little higher.Thanked by 1ConfluenceFarms -
