Can I delete tack I accidentally put on?

So I accidentally put on a fitted pad/fluffy fleece pad and it’s blue how do I get rid of it when I press the delete button nothing happens please help!

You need to refresh the horses photo to see any changes in tack. If you do any changes to tack, it has a small button appear at the top of the page if you scroll up to click to refresh it. Or you can refresh image on the horses control panelProducer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
