unable to create horse

I can no longer make "regular" horses if I have active herd helpers. Typically I can have have herd helpers active and still be able to make horses. No if i have heard helpers waiting for the share bonus to be used, I cant create horses.Aspen Farms #48077|Aspen Farms Exchange-Public Chat
