You'll want to tell people how many of what size pasture you need and how much hbs you're willing to pay for them :) I think the going rate is 100k per $1 USD spent. The pasture will be electronically transferred to you when the purchase happens and the other party will usually post a horse for you to purchase at the agreed price because of direct transfer limitations. All purchases and transfers are carefully tracked.
