Stable name vs User name

I was wanting to change my user name to match what I am known as everywhere else on the internet, but it looks like it will change my stable name. Are those the same thing? Does it matter if it's an individual's name rather than a "business" name?Hey there! I am an Autistic adult (have patience please) with a great love of horses and anything to do with genetics. I have only been active for a short while so I am learning my way around.
