Associated Accounts Help. Associated, but not?

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but I am trying to buy this horse from my chat. Yet, every time I hit purchase, it tells me that my account is associated with the sellers account. I go to check my associated accounts list and theirs and their name isn't on my list and my name isn't on their list... Any idea what's going on?

I went to do what I did last night, and it worked fine this time. :-?? That's so weird. Cuz last night, when I went to purchase her, it told me, "Associated accounts must both be premium upgrades to sell to one another" (or something of that sort), but it let me purchase her this morning.Love,
