Didn't even realize this boy was brindle when I bred him and then he was snipped and now I'm so sad! Trying to decide if he's worth a max ability boost. Anyone else have a big disappointment this season?

I've started gene testing my entire batches of babies looking for brindles before I do any SBAing because I'm worried about this exact thing!

I was pretty disappointed that these two third gen DFP2 boys were both snipped, but I can't afford to max every foal I like that doesn't quite make the cut. XD

I personally don't care if a chimera gets the snip or not. Now that max ability is available I might be more inclined to unalter and max them out but I typically just throw them in with the show herd. Still a pretty show pony and Chimera is not passed down so no incentive to keep intact for breeding. :)
