Isnt Phantom Apple Picking Supposed to Be Available?

I noticed on this server and on Bluegrass that Star and Sun Runes are still in the RGS but it's September now so it should be Apples? Mesa is correct and has Apple Picking but the other two servers didn't switch.Bluegrass Server: HayesStable - 221755

The fight to get it to behave continues. I have tried to fix this maybe 10+ times now.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
