Attempting to merge my puppet account

In the process of trying to merge my puppet account to my main account. The price says 31 ivs, so I purchased 31 ivs, but when I click the button to merge it gives an error that I don't have enough ivs to purchase the meger?

You can't merge accounts that are under 3 months old.

Aha, that makes sense. I was wondering, but I had checked the merge option and the account wasn't even listed, so when I checked again today and saw it I thought I'd give it a try.
