After signing up as a new user to help out, I was unavailable much of the month. I apologize for not being able to participate as I normally would. I will go ahead and post my observations on what I did get to do. It was lots of fun to do this during the month of June since every day was a new surprise rank special day! I enjoyed creating the specials and trying to max out my achievements.

I lasted about three days before having to do the basic upgrade (thank you for the discount pricing!). I just don't have the patience to individually train and show even a limited amount of horses.
With the new bonuses for achievements I made enough money in a week to buy horses from the auction. My intention was to buy a bootstrap stallion and try doing a bootstrap herd of show ponies since I never did follow through with that on my main account. I never could find what I wanted in the auction so I didn't accomplish anything with a bootstrap herd. I feel that if I had been able to participate the entire time I would have asked on the forum for a stallion no one was using.

The amount of points that my creates were getting was a very nice surprise. I could have sold some to make cash, I think I did sell one or two but then the increase in achievement awards came along and I decided to keep them. Selling my pointed creates would raise cash but I'd rather keep them and have them earning money for me. I didn't want to put them in the pasture since they were all making a decent amount of income by showing. I bought some show spelds from auction and was going to do more with that to increase my daily earnings.

I completely forgot to do the introduce myself thing and get a free barn. It never showed up on the achievement list and I didn't remember from the main account. It would be nice if you could scroll through multiple achievement options since some take longer than others.

What I found to be the most helpful bit for a new user was actually the achievements. It not only gave me cash but makes you figure out how to do things such as auction a horse, breed a horse, etc. I made as much money in two weeks doing the achievements than I did in six months when I was a new user. It took me forever to earn 500,000 the first time. It seems to me when you reach that amount.

The player support chat is also an invaluable tool. People are so nice and helpful on this forum and chat. All you have to do is ask a question, even if it seems trivial, and someone will help.

I remembered about the foundation rescue from my main account experience but I don't know if I would have found it as a new user.

All in all, I enjoyed seeing the game from this perspective. It is difficult to not use my experience of a few years, but I think rank specials and pointed creates are a good way to keep new users interested. The achievements will earn them enough money to progress in the game and not have to wait until every Sunday, like I did the first time. Is there a way to let users under 4 months or so get more rank specials than other accounts like they do with points.

Anyway, thank you for the experience. What do I do with all these horses now!
