How long have you liked horses? - Over 20 years now, probably since I was like 5 but I never got real horse experience until around 11
Why did you join HAJ? - I saw an ad on Horseland and decided to check it out. I was 13 at the time, now I'm almost 30.... yikes.
What kind of pets do you own? - 3 cats, used to have guinea piggos but have downsized to rodent munchers
What is something you are confused about with the game? - why am I still playing this 16 years later....
Coke or Pepsi? - Warm vanilla coke. Coke starlight is campfire smores flavor and it is second best coke.

Normally I don't do much chatting in game but I'm trying to complete the "Say hello to your peer group" achievement, so hello! I speak English but have an interest in learning other languages like Norwegian, German, and Russian. I have been riding horses since I was three, and currently don't own one but I am on the look for one. I do however own two mini donkeys and many cats. I also have a dog and a one year old cow.

Can someone please explain what Chimerism or the Tiger Eye gen does in this game?

Chimerism is essentially "Two horses in one". Instead of just having one genetic code, a horse will have two. Stripes and Blotches of different colour are usual examples. If you scroll down the horses page to "Genetic Testing Results" you should see "Primary DNA set" and "Secondary DNA set". Usually there is a 50/50 chance of the offspring getting either genes. Chimeric horses are more likely to produce chimeric horses too, but it is rare

Tiger Eye, TE1 or TE2, do the same thing. They lighten up a horses eyes, changes its colour. Depending on the base coat of the horse (cream and champagne are other examples of genes that can change eye colour) the eyes will either be yellow, blue, or green. Two copies are stronger than one copy.

Eye Of Tiger RS 9515716 A classic example of Tiger Eyes

Mocha In The Making Mocha here has Tiger eyes too, but he also has cream and pearl, thus diluting the colour of his eyes to blue.

SH 5916053 And this lovely show horse of mine also has Tiger Eyes, but the one copy of cream makes them more green than yellow.

To paper a horse you first need a basic upgrade. You can buy this with either real life money or in game money/HBs. There is a year subscription in the Voucher Exchange (under upgrade) for 30 IVs (worth 375k hbs). A premium upgrade will give you this feature too, but it can only be bought for real money.

Once you have a basic upgrade there should now be the option of "Breeding Inspection" added to the amount of tests you can do. Usually this is after Breeding Advice.
