ISO Snazzy Star Papered Riding Horse (no licenses & for bootstrapping)

I'm at that "weird" point with this new account where I'm between 20,000 and 40,000 points with show ponies and not finding a lot of motivation to log in anymore other than for the June herd helpers. My breeding herd just isn't big enough yet and I also don't have the funds to GMT a fancy foundation.
I've never tried bootstrapping before, but think that it would be a fun alternative to the even line breeding that I do on Mesa that takes months to set up.
Anyway if anyone has any fancy star papered riding horses that you could part with, I would love to see them! :DThis is LadyhawkeStables from Mesa #557 -

The very basic concept is breeding the highest quality stud possible to mares to produce high PT babies that can augment your show herd.
You can start with a Star stud and mix him with foundation mares but the higher papered mares the better to produce higher papered and pt'ed babies for showing.
I will try to hunt down some links to old forum posts about bootstrapping that are informative reads but it may take a bit.
