what do I do when a big sale doesn't go through?

    I want to be polite, but what do I do when someone makes a huge offer on a horse but then stalls?
    how long should I wait before I offer to others?

    A quick search shows this person hasn’t logged in yet today, and it looks like it hasn’t even been 24 hours since the offer was accepted. The person may not have logged in after you accepted the offer so they haven’t been able to take the proper action to proceed with the purchase. I would definitely just send the person a PM that you are accepting their offer for the horse, and to ask them to add you to a chat of their choosing so you can list the horse for sale for them. Not everyone gets the email pings when someone is tagged on the forum. I regularly give 72 hours for forum sales to be acknowledged and proceeded with since not everyone logs in daily.
