Ok so I've added the take pack items I want etc and I just can't figure out how to resize my mare so that it looks right help please lol

I am not sure if you can resize the horse .. if you figure out if we can let me know. I have just been moving them as far forward as I can so they look farther away from the stall front and the perspective seems more accurate for the taller horses/ drafts. The ponies, and babies I leave where they are popping up
