Poor little things.

Do you know if the mother fox is still in the area? It's unfortunate that they've been hit by cars but as long as the mother is there caring for the pup it still has a chance. Some of these places might be able to help or point you in the right direction but will probably be closed until tomorrow. You can also try asking fish wildlife and parks but they'll probably also be closed and should not be your first call. I guess some lady called them about a baby deer sleeping in her yard. It's normal for the mother deer to leave them while they go find food and they'll come back after they eat. Well they told her to call back in an hour if the mama deer isn't back and they'll come shoot the baby.
