Bought A New Barn But It's Not Showing Up :(

Sigh - I have a problem. I have too many horses and I'm addicted, lol. I bought a new barn but it didn't show up. I'm sure it's a glitch but I need to feed my addiction haha.Jess @ RedDirtRanch :) #54291

Did you use Iv’s or real $$?
Have you tried logging out and logging back in? -
Logging in and back out can only fix out-of-sync upgrades and stall counts. Basically nothing else.
I looked up your records. The reason it did not show up is that you changed the stable ID number to "Foundation Mares". You need to leave that slot as your account number as that is how it knows what account to send your purchase to. I have added it in for you. :)Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )
