I was wondering on how to purchase more tack and backgrounds. I looked at the FAQ, but I couldn’t find the Upgrades with game money page. Could someone help me out?

If you look in the menu on the left side of your page, then scroll down a bit you will find the upgrade section. That includes Voucher Exchange, Buy Upgrades, and Buy Rare Genes. You need to switch your HBs to Investment Vouchers (IVs). Each Voucher is worth 12,500 HBs. Once you have all the Vouchers you need you can scroll down a bit on that page to where it says Go Shopping with IVs/IV Shopping. Scroll down on the IV Shopping page and you will see the various Tack Packs.

Hi everyone! This is a secondary account that I want to use by only creating baby/yearling foals and basically starting a show/breeding herd from the ground up. No purchasing horses, just making my own. I love that we can have more than one account here to try little ideas and such.

@ThreeRingFarms - sorry, new stalls earned by buying or selling horses only get added to your primary barn. When you buy a new barn those stalls are all bunched up under one roof.
