Star colts in auction for potential bootstrapping
-
If anyone's looking for a bootstrap herd sire, I tossed a couple of 7th and 8th generation star colts into today's auction. They are mostly brown without flashy genes, but they should produce well.

For those who don't know, "bootstrapping" is when you put a high level stud to basic foundation mares, to rapidly increase the PT and paper of your herd. (DO NOT TEST these foals, because they will not pass breeding advice!) It's a good way to build up a show herd, if you're looking to increase your showing bonus.
