    I hesitated on responding to this in the hopes that someone who actually knows appaloosa genes might give you a good answer, but I don't really understand the question. Lpp2? Are you asking about one gene with Lp (Lp/-, heterozygous), or 2 genes with Lp (Lp/Lp,homozygous), or zero genes with Lp? (-/-, no appy gene)

    This gene only shows up on the lab and I believe it was a placeholder for one of the appaloosa genes (either varnish or spot size) if I remember correctly.

    I don’t think we’re supposed to see it.

    Ammit is up to something. She mentioned on facebook that she loaded several new genes at once. I think this might be one, but only time will tell.

    This one has been in the lab since we were able to gmt fantasy genes.
