I wanted to make this account premium, but it's telling me not to add a subscription until I cancel my old one, otherwise I'll be charged multiple times. I used to have premium on this account, but it ran out. I went into PayPal to try to cancel the subscription, but it won't let me because it says inactive. :-/ :-? :-??
