Dapples might be trickier, but I tend to find nice dapple looks with both silver blacks and hom sooty (and/or DP carrying) bays, so that might be a good place to start.

Are you hoping for foundations or lined horses? I've got a BUNCH and I am thinning out that breeding project, so I would be happy to send them your way.
I will say that the gene combo of hom sty, hom dp, one cream on a bay base is REALLY good for getting buckskins with dapples:
