ISO fancy Chinchilla Bootstrap stud

I’m looking for a Very fancy chinchilla stud I can use for bootstrapping. I don’t know exactly what I’m looking for so I’m trying to leave this pretty open ended.
He can be high A or Star papered.
He must be hom chinchilla
He doesn’t have to pass BA or SBA
I would like a warmblood
What is really important to me is for him to have as many licensed genes as possible. I have DFP2, SplashM, Ice 9,16,17,18,20, Plaid, Watercolor, Inkspot, Toner, Phantom autumn, hearts, jellyfish, lace, and chinchilla.
Price is not a factor for the perfect stallion. -
