Could someone please explain to me why she has this interesting little bit on her withers? I was under the impression that snowflake only expressed itself when appaloosa was present, which she doesn't carry.

Funky! Definitely not the snow, that also needs to be hom on top of needing appy and it displays full body when it does show. W20 can do some funky things sometimes but usually shows only at the points or belly. My best guess is it's just a lucky accident as part of the natural generation of of the tobiano.ID 45703 | he/himOpen barn policy - no closed lines!
