Pre-Bug: GMT Lab, allele should definitely be editable
-
I'm editing this guy (!!!) and on the primary gene set I'm trying to edit his sire's allele, but it comes up with this error:
"Your horse has the - allele for this Pangare gene.
No edits are available for this gene"
The colt does not have the - allele, either, he has a p. But both gene sets of his sire are heterozygous, so he should be editable. (+/p primary, +/- secondary, 50% chance either set). I checked and I could change the other set of this colt from + to p, so I don't think it's just because it's a RGS gene?

Can't change to P+ because it's a RGS gene that isn't in the lab. I know this one from personal experience on Bluegrass! ;)Thanked by 1RoseFlute

Darn. Thanks, 'Blues

No problem. If you save him and it ever comes up for sale in the lab, it should let you put it on him then. I've done that with Mushroom before! :D
-
Hang on though, Pangare+ IS in the lab now. :-? Or do you mean it has to make it to the GMT lab?
-
Has to be the GMT lab, unfortunately.
