    I can’t find PonPon under the included tack, and I can’t find the tack pack on the IV upgrades page. Is it somewhere else, or was it limited time only? Thanks!

    You'll find them in the primary (i.e. first) list of tack items, under Manes and Tails.

    I looked there! I don’t have any mane or tail options. I have background, hoof and hide. The list is considerably shorter than I remember it being. Maybe it’s a bug?

    Try clearing your cache and signing out then back in. That seems to work wonders most of the time. ;)

    Are you looking at the tack list or a foal or an older horse? Foals have a very abbreviated list of available tack which does not include mane and tail options (or saddles and bridles).
    Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.
