Pop up warnings trigger spam guard
-
So at some point in the last month my virus protection has decided that pop up warnings in game are spam. I have malware bytes. I have all 3 servers marked as this is not spam, but anything that gives a warning kicks me out of the game and doesn't complete the action. I find it most annoying when I try to mass geld. But today for example I had trouble on all 3 servers with running genetic testing on my special creates.
Does anyone know how to get this to stop? I'm pretty sure the problem is with malware bytes, but I would love to know what to turn off.45120 -
Depending on the virus scanner you have, you may be able to whitelist the website? But it depends on the program.

It is just a standard popup as provided by your browser. Basically it is calling a normal function of your browser as spam. Very strange. Maybe it is a setting issue?Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

I was just hoping in our great group someone would know more than I on how to turn it off. I'll keep fiddling with it and see if I can make it stop.45120

I did a Google search for "MalwareBytes whitelist" and found a page called "Exclude detections in Malwarebytes for Windows" with instructions for how to whitelist a website -- they call it an "allow" list.
Windows only, I'm afraid, so I'm not sure if it will work for you. Try taking a look? -
I have the address for all 3 servers on my allow list, and it has significantly dropped the number of kick outs. I just wish it would stop. For now I'm just doing more on my phone.45120
