Pop up warnings trigger spam guard

    So at some point in the last month my virus protection has decided that pop up warnings in game are spam. I have malware bytes. I have all 3 servers marked as this is not spam, but anything that gives a warning kicks me out of the game and doesn't complete the action. I find it most annoying when I try to mass geld. But today for example I had trouble on all 3 servers with running genetic testing on my special creates.

    Does anyone know how to get this to stop? I'm pretty sure the problem is with malware bytes, but I would love to know what to turn off.

    Depending on the virus scanner you have, you may be able to whitelist the website? But it depends on the program.

    It is just a standard popup as provided by your browser. Basically it is calling a normal function of your browser as spam. Very strange. Maybe it is a setting issue?

    I was just hoping in our great group someone would know more than I on how to turn it off. I'll keep fiddling with it and see if I can make it stop.

    I did a Google search for "MalwareBytes whitelist" and found a page called "Exclude detections in Malwarebytes for Windows" with instructions for how to whitelist a website -- they call it an "allow" list.

    Windows only, I'm afraid, so I'm not sure if it will work for you. Try taking a look?

    I have the address for all 3 servers on my allow list, and it has significantly dropped the number of kick outs. I just wish it would stop. For now I'm just doing more on my phone.
