Is this a bug? Height regulator gene.

This stallion was a "riding horse" before I added the height regulator gene. After adding it, his height went down to 13.3, which as I understood, is pony height. But it still says he's a riding horse...
Is this supposed to work like this?

His type should have changed to pony, I believe, but he's not collectable size so he wouldn't have changed to 'collectable only'.

@BlueValley, I don't remember exactly, but I think 15.1 or something.
@ChrystalBlues, I knew it wouldn't change to collectable, I just figured it should've changed to "pony".Love,
