Regular Create a Horse option

Ammit, is the regular Created A Horse option turned off right now? It is not showing up on my Create A Horse page, just the DHH I got this morning and the Fuel to the Fire create, all of which have been used.

That happens whenever you activate your own DHH. It comes back at midnight or when you cancel the DHH. :)
