Pasture Stallions Question
-
I have 2 stallions in my primary pasture. When it comes time to breed them will I be given the choice of which mare goes to which stallion, or is it a free-for-all?
-
Free for all. And not always evenly distributed either!
-
From the damage reports (or lack of them), our pixel stallions seem to get along with each other very well when pastured together with mares. :D What very good boys they are.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

Yes! Must be some big pastures so they don't have to fight for territory!!!
-
Speaking of damage; is the amount of damage still an indicator of quality?
-
Damage an indication of qualify? I didn't even know that was a thing, ever!
-
Once upon a time....... used to be a bad stallion could do 2-300 hubs worth of damage in one go, and do it every week at least once! That was on HJ1, I don't know if she ever used it over here.
-
Wow, I've never heard of a damage report that big! I guess it's at least with smaller increments, if at all.
